1. After shampoo, rinse and gently squeeze out excess water.
2. Apply a generous amount all over hair, particularly towards the ends.
3. Take small sections and gently slide fingers from roots towards ends.
4. Leave on for 3 15 minutes for intensive repair and nourishment.
